New Region Badge Priorities

Which ruler/mapper badges are unlocked next? This all depends on play activity which is summarized by prio(rity). Regions with (near) positive priority are eligible. Others are displayed for your strategy. Looks complicated? There is more detailed information in our corresponding Wiki FAQ.
Note: It is manual work to prepare a region. It takes time. You can help to speed up things, by providing images! Regions are coloured for progress:
