As it turns out, Badgers is a bit tough to test with a limited, geographically scattered team of testers. This is why:
They way Inventory and Capacity works, creates an infinte demand for different badges. That means, on a large scale perspective, about every badge dropped should be missing to some other player elsewhere. On the same time, the construction is, that you have only limited space for duplicate badges, when you do not want to stall your production.
The point is, that we are all limited in terms of travel time and travel distance, thus a region with only few different players might sooner or later get clogged by those few players limited badge variety.
